About IDC

Ideal Development Concepts (IDC) began in 1998 and has developed into an $8M, full-service restoration business serving the Metro Atlanta and North Georgia areas. We have serviced thousands of property damage claims, restoring homes and businesses. Jobs range from $600 one-room water damage losses to large and commercial losses ranging upwards of $1.6M.

IDC has Technicians on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to handle emergency situations. Water, wind, or fire, we can react immediately to after-hour emergencies to make sure people and property are protected and to minimize damage. IDC is also a certified Mold Assessor and has certified mold remediators on staff. Our current staff is comprised of 24 full-time employees.

Our new building occupies 25,000sf and includes a 3,800sf showroom/complete rebuild design studio as well as a state of the art contents processing facility utilizing Omegasonics top of the line equipment.

IDC is a long-standing member of State Farm’s PSP direct repair program and we were awarded Contractor of the Year and Top Contractor in Volume for the Southeast Region for Contractor Connection in 2008 and 2010.

We have been a BBB Accredited business since 04/08/2004 and our BBB rating is A+.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & SERVICE EXCELLENCE

At IDC, customer service is our first priority. To ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction, IDC has a quality care program called SEP (Service Excellence Program) where we follow up every job with a customer satisfaction questionnaire. Returned surveys are reviewed, and any problem areas addressed immediately. Employee compensation is based on results. All employees must complete a V.A.S.T (Value Added Service Technician course).
